I just caught the beginning of an episode, and they said the dude who's looking for a girlfriend may have a diaper fetish. I have to go back to work, but I really want to know if he does.

I'm not sure what show you're referring to but sounds like something you can find online. Is there a TV guide for the channel you were watching?
 
It's a trashy dating show called Baggage that's hosted by Jerry Springer. The episode was first aired on 8/23/10. If you find it, please let me know, and I'll do the same, although I take everything said on the show with a grain of salt.

Yeah, Springer shows don't usually end in a positive light for the guest.
