Parades where diapers are okay

Are there any diaper friendly parades in the US? I know that Halloween might be the easiest of nights to dress casually but is there a parade where it's acceptable or at least taken in a fun spirit?
 
Maybe the Pride Festival parades?
 
They do the "World Naked Bike Ride" in the French Quarter down here, I've thought about going in my diaper. Maybe when I get in better shape so it just doesn't look like a pile of fat in a wheelchair, lol

I was going to mention this as well. They hold the 'Naked Bike' ride in several places. There's one in Philadelphia, PA. Many people do bike naked but many others were thongs or briefs. I don't see why a diaper would be out-of-place.
