So, I wanted to ask if anyone has some suggestions on a diaper genie for adult diapers? I've been looking on Amazon.com, but I have no idea what to look for, or what size is appropriate. Any helpful advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Don't look specifically for diaper trash cans. Look at kitchen trash cans which have a decent closing lid on them. You'll find much more, and better, options.

The closest one I have ever found is made by Janibelle.

I almost purchased one a while back but opted for a regular 7 gallon bathroom trash can with lid and I just make a habit of emptying it out before bed at night. Keep a can of lysol handy as well and spray the can in between bag changes.

Always consider the hole in the top lid with diaper cans like this. They are sized for baby diapers, not adult diapers. You will have difficulty getting cans like this to work. Hence why you need a regular can with a regular lid on it. Just make sure it has a tight lid on it, and that will be plenty enough to seal out smells long enough till you can take out the trash.

This one is sized for diapers of all sizes. They have a chart on the website that will show the capacity as well from baby diapers to adult diapers. I've seen these in urologist offices. I will say the hole in the top wont take a fully soaked little pawz at max capacity or the like without a little maneuvering but the hole is considerably bigger than that of a standard diaper genie.

Of course you have this one to which is advertised as an adult solution but it is smaller than the model I posted the above link to

Yeah, that one would be much more useable for soaked adult diapers. It's quite similar to what I currently use, though mine is made of actual metal. Similar to this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B073...n+with+lid&dpPl=1&dpID=41CpwY-goRL&ref=plSrch

Ps. You actually don't want too big of a can. Those trash bags get heavy really quick when you're tossing out wet diapers.

This is why I'm starting to like NS, always helpful and knowledgeable.
