It seems like most generics have changed their design to add color. Are there still any Goodnites generics around that are all white?
 
Don't believe so. I think closest thing to that is some generic pull-ups. Northshore pull-ups are white and high quality pull-ups at that, so that might be close to what you're looking for.
 
I believe Kroger brand Sleep Pants are still plain white with the KCWW "tag" in the back waistband. They're almost identical to early all white Goodnites, in fact they most likely are as they're made by Kimberly-Clark.
 
I found some Rely youth pull up that are all white.
