I can't get to see this thread because I don't have more than 20 posts. Just wondering what the rationale is behind this? Surely voting for someone to win an award can't be described as a "benefit" of being EC or above? I would have thought it was quite the opposite, and that the site operators would want to encourage and enable as many active members to vote as possible?
