There is a ballance between our ab and adult sides. Instead of letting your ab side completely take over your daily life, why not try to incorporate aspects of it instead?
A few possible examples might be; wear an ab printed diaper to work (under your adult work clothes of course). If you ever drink alcohol, pour it into a baby bottle first. When you make dinner, wear an adult sized bib instead of an apron (and for eating too of course). Drive into work- with nursery rhymes plaing. Post to an adult forum by talking about baby stuff but use proper grammar.
The key is to not let this part of us take control to the point where it is all that's left of us- and annoys or bothers others. Hope that helps.
