  1. Incontinent
I'm having urge incontinence problems. I was sent to a urologist by my gp. Like any specialist in my area appointments are at least 6 + weeks out. Anyways I broke down and bought prevail per fit, they work but leak deepening on how bad I let go and are only good for an episode or 2. I bought some Abri flex 3 thinking more absorbent capacity would help prevent leaks. They do, but only for the first episode or so. It seems like the more absorbent the less " gushing" they will take (i.e they are meant for content leaking.) I am a delivery driver, my job is very physically active. Do I need to change after every episode or is there something that would work better? The Abri flex 3 hold way more than I lose in a day so capacity isn't a problem there. Any help would be appreciated.

Check out Northshore's website. They have pretty good products. Email them or call them. They will send you up to three brands to compare for free.

Thank you, I have seen their results show up in my searches. I'll contact them tomorrow. I've been hesitant to even talk about my situation here because it's embarrassing. I know I need to ask some one. No one i know can help. Thank you

Their customer service is outstanding. I wanted to try two different types of guards for my ic and the operator asked if she could throw in another one. I said sure!

Try the betterdry diapers the manage my incontinence issues well (I flood most times)and they handle multiple floods better then any other diaper I have tried depending on you volume you may have to change after an accident or 2 but for me they last at least 6 hours or more unless I am having a really bad day bladder wise

Perhaps ask Clearwell Mobility? they are UK but with email,,,

I'm not sure the cross over product availability from the UK to here, but it's worth a try.

i haven't figured out the northshore website, looks like samples are not completely free, oh, well.

When you search on their website, a chat icon comes up--you can chat on line or they will call you back if u give a phone #...They have been very helpful to me and probably will answer your questions. They will give you 2 samples usually, perhaps more if you are trying to select a particular item.

Forgive me for asking, is that on purpose or four accidents?

I talked to North Shore. They suggest changing after every void or using boosters. They say boosters will absorb faster than the abena alone and will disperse the urine after. I went through the expense of buying several packs of Abri Flex M3. Changing after every void would be a waste of money at this point. Any experience with using boosters?

Also these Abri flex M3 are about a thick as I think I want to go. They get really swollen when they absorb. I deliver beer and it's really physically active moving up to 1100 cases in a day, which is why I bought pull up style. I was afraid a tape style would not stay put our would not be comfortable with how much I have to move.

Sorry I ment Rearz Seductions. And I've been diapered 24/7 For now on 22 years.

Wow, Thoes are pricey, and look like they hold a really large volume! I see how they could last for 12 hrs. I haven't used diapers for pleasure, recreation or whatever some people call it. I'm willing to try anything but would like not to have to replace it after every void or have it leak because it can't rapidly aquire voids after it has absorbed and can handle high physical activity. I don't loose an entire bladder when it happens but I would guess 2-6 oz . Thank you for your input so far by the way Downey.

Northshore Supreme is worth a try. They are my favorite. I go all day at work without changing. I deliver dumpsters so in and out of the truck all day.

Thank you for all your input. Looks like a medication may be causing some of my issue. Going to get that changed. The diaper leak was caused by a bad fit so that's fixed. Hope this helps prevent needing to change during the day, I am still considering changing over to tape style though.
