Well, a good start would be to do some searches on there. ABDL is a good starting term but adding adult to different items also works well--things like 'adult onesies'.

Pay attention to reviews as well

I found that I really like rattles and teethers and 0-3 year old toys the best

They have a lot if you type in Adult Baby clothes. All sorts of things come up, especially onsies, girly onsies with skirts, and especially sleepwear. There are a lot of nice baby items. I've been looking for real glass baby bottles and Avent sells a set of three, 8 oz baby bottles which I got. They're quite nice and very babyish. They also have a large selection of adult diapers, both disposable and cloth along with plastic pants.
