I know the rules say this isn't a dating service but can anyone suggest an alternate site where I could meet people like me to hang out in diapers with?

Your best bet is to work on developing and nurturing relationships here. At least we look after each other as a community.

Probably fetlife. Search for local munchies. There is also teddycon, which is probably the largest gathering of abdl, Little’s, bigs, mommies, and daddies.
