I created a mod using the Mortal Kombat baby found in the steam workshop. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=783517400&searchtext=mk+baby

I replaced the white diaper with a pampers.

Just a heads up I advise you to raise the texture from 256 to 1024. Raising the resolution helps the diaper look more crisp and clean. I did a quick thing to show an example of what I mean(no it isn't perfect did it in two seconds):

Also just a heads up you don't need to redo the model and stuff. You can actually just make the texture and then have a lua file on spawn change the texture to what you want.

I suppose that could help you have a variety of patterns if you use the LUA method.
