With the rise of Japanese-esk dating simulators becoming popular (doki doki and dream daddy to name a few) i wonder if there is a abdl one hidden on the web somewhere.
 
There certainly are visual novels out there with diaper/babyplay content, although diapers generally mainly feature as fetish items used for one scene rather than being defining characteristics of the characters or plot.
