Do we? I think the jury might be out on that one.

Exposing your genitals to another person as part of a fetish, rather than for any practical need might well be considered a "sexual act" in the eyes of the law.

But I'm not a lawyer.

Uhhh, yeah we do. It boils down to just a few basic definitions. If anyone doesn't understand that, then they need to start reading more dictionaries.

And yes. Exposing your genetalia as part of a fetish, to someone else, IS considered a sex act. No question about that.

Ha ha -- sorry but you're wrong. You're trying to say that 2+2=5 again. :p

What? Please do explain. And when have I ever tried to make an equation like that?

If 1 = 5, 2 = 25, 3 = 125, and 4 = 525 – what is 5 equal to?

5=3125 means (5*5*5*5*5) ???

Or as 1 = 5 then 5 = 1 ???

2+2=5 is a basic way of saying something is that way because you say it is, and not necessarily based on fact.

I believe tiny is right, depending on how you define sexuality, abdl could be or not be included. In example, I'm creep-ed out by sexual things, and avoid even MB, but I still wouldn't let a friend change me because I see it as an intimate act. Even tho traditionally it is not sexual.

I am an American I live in the United States of confusion but I have a radar key and my friend has placard for her car , I wouldn't even need to let the airline break my wheelchair because she has on over there for me , no I never made the planned trip and I might never come over, but things are ready if I do .

It is against the law in the US to ask someone there specific disability and I am willing to bet it is there too. either accept the person has a seen or unseen disability or the judge is going to give you very uncomfortable suppository called a gavel .

Be it a physical or mental disability is nobody's business but yours, use the place with respect and you will not have a problem , now my aide is currently a male and he has changed me ,my G/F can not independently ambulate at all her aide changes her anytime she is out .

Someone has handed you a load of bunk , hand it back and say thanks but I'll pass .where, why and how you change is nobody's business , unless you mess on there floor , then apologize and correct that ,before going to get yourself squared away .

And dogboy just so you know, you have to hang an illustrated doctors letter on the door, because you know the president and the "garden gnome of injustice" are only semi literate so you need to have pictures of IC and how to change a diaper or they wont understand what's happening ( would you stay in the secret service if you had to explain to your boss changing a diaper when he wets his pants because diapers are above him but beneath the rest of us, I wouldn't).

You should come over we are a fantastic nation, there is discrimination laws. I'm autistic so though invisible I have a right to use the facilities,
I'm quite happy to get my nappy changed in them as it is a non sexual act for me, & if comforts me, I'm not as prone to a meltdown if that makes sense,

It's like a comfort blanket under my trousers, also the changing places loos are a lot cleaner & nicer than usual gentlemens loos.

Except I DO have proof of that evidence. Like I said, look it up in a few dictionaries. And love, sex and fetish doesn't mean what I say it means. That IS what the definition says it is.

You really should try looking the words up yourself. Just don't get confused by the word history most dictionaries show. The definition of words change over time, and that's what they are showing. So trying to say what a word meant 100 years ago is still valid today is going to be wrong.

I've read the whole thread and have found the discussion quite interesting. To answer the OP's question of course no it's not illegal to change someones nappy in a toilet, although you might get some questions. from people, on a slightly different note I once got accused of being a drug user many years ago by a security guard in a shopping centre whilst I was using a disabled toilet, he didn't know where to put himself when I left when he saw I was a wheelchair user so had a genuine need for the toilet

Anyone can use a disabled toilet in the UK, in fact to save space some shops like coffee shops just install a disabled toilet as they are normally unisex and anyone can use it, these ones don't normally have a radar lock on.

It's pretty easy to get hold of a RADAR key, I can get one from my local council for £3, you don't need a Dr's note. You can also buy them from Disability Rights UK, they are the successor to RADAR as a charity and are the guardians of the Radar Key scheme, they also send them internationally.

Also some stores have been putting these labels on their disabled toilet doors to demonstrate that disabilities can be hidden:

I bought a RADAR key myself as there are a few wheelchair-access gates that are locked with them, and it's a lot easier to unlock the gate to get my bike through, rather than heaving it up on one wheel and wriggling round the kissing gate.

That's a really useful good idea to have a RADAR key for tiny

Finally whilst we're on the subjects of toilets, I did find it weird when I was on holiday in the USA that the Disabled toilet was in with the rest, I say that because coming from the UK where almost all of our disabled toilets are separate, I also found it awkward having to wait for the wider stall to become free because I'm a wheelchair user( I've got Cerebral Palsy), although I did just about manage to get a scooter within a stall in a Las Vegas casino somehow.
