These clothes are mostly made for the dementia crowd in care homes that are strippers to get diapers off or yes there are little old sex fiends , they keep coming up with new and better restraint clothing, honestly if you have specisl needs anti stip facility clothing is not very fashionable or trip out to___________ place. Your truly special needs clothing and adaptive clothes are expensive but more importantly make dressing and undressing easier and safer, he'll even Tommy Hilfiger has come out with his designer clothing adaptions it an exploding industry people with disabilities sre fone eith the sweatpants and t shirt look , theres even very expensive $60 underwear to go wear normal or over our diapers with no seems and low friction called glide wear to protect from pressure and friction injury, the only think they fall to consider is a lot of us are on very fixed incomes and don't have vast sums of money to throw are expensive clothes.

Actually it's not commonly known but available mail order walmart has a line of disabled clothes for adults and children like pants that can be put on and taken off well sitting. Pants with zippered abdominal zections for easy changing of diapers without striping , my only complaint is the prices are very high most disabled people aren't wealthy, they live on fixed budgets in most cases.

This makes me think of the old Montgomery Ward and Sears catalogs that came in the mail twice a year. Both catalogs had a great many items that weren't available in the physical stores.

Yes absolutely matter of fact sears used to carry a wide array of adult cloth diapers and rubber pants , long before Depend came along but you had to get stuff through the catalog department , then again it was the Sears catalog that caused the discovery of opiate addiction because you used to be able to buy 2 vials of heroin and a metal syringe in a silver case for $1.50 thru the catalog ( up till around 1915 ) so SEARS catalog has contributed a lot to society and culture in the USA far more than most people know .

Oh yes, Sears incontinence supplies … bought my first and for several years after all my cloth diapers and waterproof pants mail order from Sears. At that time, as a bidding bed-wetter I often slept in their waterproof bloomers and diapers. Strange part, seemed each time I ordered the bloomers they were made from a different material. Last bloomers I received were of an extremely thick/heavy vinyl. Swear the vinyl was at least 15 gauge, thicker than any I’d seen before or since. They were so unique that I saved a couple in original unopened packaging in my secret stash.

Page from 1977 catalogue brings back memories. Item #4 is the very diaper I first ordered from Sears. The “12 x 24 in. BARI GARD moisture guard” in the center of the diaper never made sense to me. When wearing multiple diapers the moisture guard blocked the flow into the center of the outer diaper(s)! Wonder, was it supposed to eliminate the need for a plastic pant?

I ordered the footed pajamas (back zippered) from www.seenin.co.uk. They may or may not fit but I will let you know. I also have the Little Keeper Sleeper footed model in size 18 and that one is too big on me. Thankyou for the tips JackalGuardian. :)
