Was at my local HEB earlier and saw a coupon for $5 off a $30 purchase of GoodNites.

I know sales vary between stores but hey maybe some of you guys can get lucky and take part.
 
The 58-count box on Amazon is a better deal, $0.56/pant including shipping and (no) tax. Even if you were able to stack $1.50 coupons with each package with this HEB coupon, with tax it'd be above $0.60/pant. Plus you get a big Goodnites box.

The time to find deals locally is when KCC changes the pant count in packages, which seems to be quite often. Retailers clear out the old count to make room for new ones. I've seen them at 50% off sometimes, a very happy occasion. Doubly so when they have a deal like this you can stack with coupons for each package as well.
