    Any diaper with tall leak guards, and a high waist. Hight absorbency is also a must for enemas.

    Try betterdry. They are the best.

    Betterdry and Confidry 24/7. I've done an enema with a Confidry on and it, shall we say, worked exactly as it is supposed to. Since you brought up the subject, if you are doing this, be VERY careful when it's time to change. Laying flat or on the ground is a must. Attempting to do this while standing up is a good way to have wherever you are roped off as a biohazard site while destroying clothes in the process

    million $$ question. It depends on your body shape and which diaper fits best really. some may like one brand others will hate it as it does not fit properly. All diapers have a different cut.
