I like wearing cotton pyjama bottoms with a pyjama top that is a size too small so the top of my nappy sticks out, I like my clothes to emphasise the outline of my nappy, it has to be a medical nappy I'm wearing. I like to pretend that I'm in some institution that has to care for me. Do you like to dress up and role play?

I like role play but I'm more into forced behavior.
