I have decided to wear 24/7 for at least the next few months. I am looking for some small plastic pants that would fit a 25" neatly. I've tried some before and it was just impractical because it was huge abd everything I have found online thus far is too big. Same goes for diapers if anyone has any suggestions for smaller adult diapers! Thank you 😊

If you wear plastic diaper panties THAT JUST FIT it is a rip; a tear and a separation waiting to happen - leave some room.
Really - plastic is not a long term use material and will have it limits tested in short order.
It is not lycra spandex elastane with a great deal more longevity even though these are semi-moisture proof.
On a vanity note people that wear diapers don't wear tight clothing - sorry if this touches a sensitive nerve.
With tight clothes moisture will like water seek its own level and a squeezing way out perhaps embarrassingly.

You could skip the plastic pants and go with pull-ups or even pads if a light wetter changing frequently.
Note not every solution works you will have to experiment around a bit.

Just to be clear the Gary PUL (polyurethane laminate) plastic pants I suggested are super tough. The regular (and lower cost) welded seam plastic pants aren't even in the same league with the Gary's. The Gary's Active Wear PUL pants are fairly snug but are so tough I can hardly imagine one tearing. They also stand up to repeated machine washing and even drying. They cost more than the others but they are worth every penny!

They will still wear out or rip too soon. It is never a good idea to wear a tight diaper cover.

There are lots of teen sized diapers and covers in both disposable and cloth but you kinda got to hunt them down, because teens are even more sensitive/ self conscious than elderly about diapers , you won't find any of the real premium diapers ABDL or top shelf medical but you can find stuff like Tranquility and Select ( made by the same company but vastly different level of protection) any good online or the very occasional brick and mortar diaper specialist can guide you towards the products your looking for .
