last week i fell off a bike and broke my arm in 2 places, my left arm is now fully encased in a plaster cast up to my arm pit, unable to change my own nappy i thought it was back into boxers until my girlfriend openly said she will have to change me, the first time was believe it or not quite embarrasing for some reason, but 2 days in and everything now seems ok, she even feels to see if it needs changing, she seems very ok with a very wet nappy, luckily my bowels are regular so going to the toilet to empy them is quite easy on a morning, definitly still enjoying 24/7 nappy wearing.
