Why don't you write to them and ask...

Alternative solution - go on Ebay and see if there is something like it - keep the photo image handy maybe there is a seller who can reproduce something like it.
Same would apply with Etsy - there are an awful lot of talented folks over there who can do wonders with a bit of fabric and a sewing machine.

That is one fancy beautiful free flowing flirty dress and the color pattern pink flowers on a light pink pastel background is awesome to the nth degree !
