Thread: How much can I expect to lose hip/butt fat based on bone size?

Default How much can I expect to lose hip/butt fat based on bone size?

The top of my hip bone, measured just above my butt, is 35". Proper measurement around my hip/butt is 37.5".

Because your bones don't get smaller, how much fat around my hips/butt can I expect to lose? Still looking to wear mediums if possible, but I want a realistic goal. I'm thinking my hips/butt won't get any smaller than about 36".

Not to sound like a jerk, and despite what Cartman says, there's no such thing as being big boned. However, exercise targeting that area can help trim down the area.

I never said that I was big boned, but you can't get any smaller than what the bone already is.
