I was an AB as far back as I can remember. But my wife does except the lifestyle. So I had to make changes and sacrifices. In the process I have learned a lot about myself and my needs. Maybe even the reason I became an AB.
I realized I was always a boob man. I always fantasized of being in a woman's arms while she was breastfeeding me. The fantasies would start off being forced to be her baby. How it was done would vary but always ended up with me nursing until I fell asleep. Then I found out about ANR. I gradually moved primary into the ANR lifestyle and, well primarily out of the AB lifestyle. Though I still secretly regress now and then when I'm alone. But I found ANR was my best acceptable alternative. It fulfills most of what I looking for and needed as an AB.
When people ask me how old I am. I just tell them I only 5. You see I stopped counting by years and started counting by decades about 10 years ago. This way I can still be honest and still feel like a child when I tell them my age.
