I have been dual incontinent for years and i have had bad diaper rashes. currently i have a moderate diaper rash, i have been doing diaper free time letting it air out, been cleaning thoroughly, and been using diaper rash cream, and a little powder during the change. I wear dry 24/7s and im getting really bummed out having diaper rashes constantly. Can anyone suggest anything else i can do, to try and stop the trend of diaper rashes?

Maybe. Change diaper every 2 pees. I been luck nit to get. Diaper rash but I think I got uti from being in wet diaper too long. What you wrote is what moms on Facebook. Have told me is you are doing it right

Yes frequent diaper changes in the summer help. Only at night I use an extended wear diaper now. And I keep my room at 70 degrees farenhight.

Yes. Use an anti-fungal powder containing nystatin or miconazole nitrate for about a week. Should clear it up.

I use Zeesorb AF. You can get it in packs of 5-6 bottles at a time on ebay very reasonably priced. It's basically talc with antifungal mixed in. For me, it's not a treatment, it's a regiment. My skin will go funky in ~6 hours (diaper or no) otherwise. I just apparently have a really active skin flora.
