it seems like everytime I finish reading things on the interent sites I need to take care of self. I use shame self talk and visage girls and diapers and yet I feel bad afterwards. I feel I keep repeating the same process . I am seeing a tharpist but I thought someone could help me out. I hope I don't get banned for this
