Well, lets say I've been having ads target me specifically on Facebook, lets say I've been google searching specific keywords, and before I know it last couple weeks I've been having therapy / depression advertisements follow me around.

Now, I know this is kinda ironic, but It's suggesting I get help, LOL!! xD

Yeah, you can't look up anything these days without some related advertisement showing up at a later time surfing Facebook or other social media platforms.

Don't hesitate to get help if you feel you really need it.
 
What annoys me the most with targeted ads is getting the same item ad for something I just bought. Meaning I no longer need to buy it, yet those are the ads I get the most. Uuugh.

I use adblock, but genreally on a fresh installation of whatever OS i usually see ads while downloading it :p

I use adblock pro, and maleware bytes. They don't cut out all of the ads though.
