It seems to me that it is slowly becoming fashionable to wear diapers under designer fashion.
Especially the calebs on the galas follow this trend. See Met Gala 2016 Katy Perry or this year the Met Gala.

Any other examples. I mean I know in japan they actually have diaper fashion shows, but haven't really seen anything comparable here save for depends silly underawareness campaign.
