Diapers in South Africa

Hey everybody

I checked the forum but did not find anything suitable or within the last year. As diapers tend to change these days i wanted to check if someone is able to help

Going to South Africa in a few days I was wondering if there are any diapers in store buyable which are plastic backed and maybe some medium thickness?

Anybody with insights?

Do you need diapers? If not why not just take that time off to dry out? Seems like an inconvenient place to go hunting for diapers, my guess is they will probably be cloth backed maybe limited to pullups from what I remember from pics on diaper world way back when.
