I just bought my first pack of goodnights large for girls and could use any tips at all from making them more babyish to how to have fun with the or if theres certain things to make them thicker or anything really
 
I suppose you could add the inserts from the Goodnites Tru-fits if you can find them in stores still.
 
Or better still, just use them as inserts in an adult baby diaper.
 
by themselves they won't be that useful to the average 27 year old male. You could cut it up and make it into a diaper, but it will be easier to make it useful just using it as a stuffer for a cheap prevail generic.
