I wonder if my mom is onto my wearing habits...

I was helping clean up a drainage / pest problem in the bathroom and my shorts were falling. Since my hands were dirty I asked my mom if she could please pick up my shorts for me.

She laughed and said "Okay I'll pick up your pamper" a couple times.
She knows I like to use a bottle in secret.

I wonder if she knows I wear too?
Or if she was just teasing me in a motherly way.

Either way don't plan on finding out what she meant XD

IDK, that sounds pretty specific. Maybe she knows, but is OK with with it. I would see that as a good thing. Too many people have ended up in therapy, or worse, kicked out of the house over this/these interest(s) that most of us share here.

I would continue like nothing happened and pretend this never happened. It is possible she was just teasing you and doesn't know. If she does know, she seems understanding and talking about it may not help your situtation.

I am just thinking "if i was in your shoes," but I'm also the cautious type. Take what i say with a grain of salt.

May moons ago as a teen my mom caught me in a diaper and totally flipped out and I was seeing a therapist at that time and I am sure they had a talk about that, but nothing came of it, I was never privy to what was said but the topic never came up. Back then I had to hide wet ones in a stash spot before I could hide them in the trash and a few times I noticed that hiding spot had been found and the spent diapers gone but never any of my new ones went missing so as long as I kept things discreet then all was well, maybe the same would be true for you as well

I agree with the above respondents. It does sound like she knows and is accepting, so I'd let it go at that. I'm one of those who was sent to see a psychiatrist when my mom found my stash, but I went to a residential mental facility for other, more serious issues. She found my gay porn and I was going through a psychotic break, and this was in 1970 when you were considered to be mentally ill for any of the three.

Perhaps she was making a joke about the fact your shorts were falling kind of like a droopy diaper?

Otherwise, I suppose maybe she doesn't know you wear diapers, but was playing it off the fact that she knows you like drinking from a bottle. I think the first scenario might be a bit more likely though.

Could also have been a reference to when you were a child and she had to actually do that to pampers.
