I just logged on, and found this at the top of my feed:

Stay dry in (name of my town) today, Kerry.

Now of course there isn't a chance in hell I'll do that; I'm wet right now and on my second diaper of the day, but the point is: facebook knows...

I don't do fb, myself... are you sure that it wasn't a reference to the weather and, related clothing, umbrella, etc?

Of course it was. I'm kidding. :)

Although no joke, when I was going through universities to apply to for a few months since then every site I visited which had advertisements had college and university advertisements. Even if it was a totally unrelated site there were adds everywhere. Seriously.....

I guess that's the price we pay for using the internet for free.

Raining cats and dogs,or diapers?

Often my google searches reflect things in youtube and facebook.

For example me searching adult diapers, those ads will follow me everywhere, one time I was watching gay porn, and before I know it, gay pride ads were following me around.

Really, I shit you not xD I always see ads for incontinent products, not that I care too much, but I don't like depends xD

It's probs in some huge data collection pile xD.

Facebook run scripts on a lot of unrelated websites. If you're logged in to Facebook and visit these sites, a lot of information about what you're looking at will be sent back to FB and sold for advertising.

In fact, even if you're not a Facebook user, FB will still track you:

https://www.theregister.co.uk/2015/11/09/facebook_stop_tracking_people/

And if you have the app on your phone, it might even be snooping at your private photos to see if it can spot your friends in them.

Oh, and Facebook is stalking you too:

That's about as creepy as it gets!

This is why all of my diaper commerce is done using the "incognito" feature that doesn't record cookies.

Facebook had an ABU advertisement one day. That's how I found out one of my FB friends was an AB/DL though that was an awkward conversation to start. Lol

It must be a new facebook thing. This morning I got it. "Stay dry in <another Chicago suburb 30 miles away that I haven't been to in quite a while>"

Diapers or weather related? Dunno. It is raining throughout the Chicago area today. The weird thing is the location they selected. I've never lived or worked there, and I don't think I know anyone there, even via fakebook.

It could have something to do with your IP address. Right now when I Google something, the bottom of the page gives the name of a town about seven miles from me and says ''From your Internet address''.

I don't use Facebook anymore and any internet searches I do, especially ABDL related stuff, is done with duckduckgo.com since they don't track your searches or give any information to advertisers. I really don't need those ads popping up when my kids are around the place.

As I mentioned in post 11, you don't need to use Facebook for Facebook to track you.

There are plenty of sites with Facebook integration. Facebook will see everything you look at on all those sites, and compile a profile of your interests.

If you want to keep Facebook's nose out of things, you can use browser add-ons to install anti-tracking blocklists. There are all sorts of tricks companies use to track you, such as "evercookies":

This, you could use disconnect.me or ghosty to disable the tracking.
