Best place to get foreign or out of US area diapers/pull-ups?

I know eBay is one of those sites, but it is extremely hard to buy like foreign or diapers from other countries from the United States. I really want to try different pull-ups from like Mexico, Europe, and South America but they only deliver to like addresses in that same area. Any recommendations?

You can get some medical places to ship to US but the shipping price will be enormous , getting one diaper shipped from Canada is $20 , it's the shipping costs that keeps them from doing it but if u our willing to pay it , they will do it.
