Where to buy premium adult diapers in Philadelphia

Hi everyone,
I started a new management job which will require me to travel to Philadelphia once a week. Now since in the area where I live there aren't any store that sells premium adult diapers, I would want to hear from anyone who knows of a medical supply store in Philly that has them in stock.
