    Default heat rash

I've got heat rash, isn't that great, all over my chest and back, so fucking itchy, does anyone know a "cure" for it?

Cold. That and take a shower to remove sweat residue from your skin.

I agree with Slomo. A cold shower would do wonder this rash. I had a job where I stood by an oven for 6 hours at a time. I ended up with a rash almost every day after a while. A cold shower solved the problem.

When I was in basic we used to take an ID card and "scratch" it down each others backs to pop all of the heat blisters. Super gross, but it got rid of the itch.
