Hi

I'm incontinent all the the time and a DL some of the time. I live in the UK, I'm 49 and have been incontinent since my mid 20s. I wear disposables most of the time, cloth sometimes, and when I'm feeling like a DL I like plastic pants, rubber pants, bed protection and all things to do with incontinence. When I'm not feeling like a DL it's just a weary hassle!

I like theatre and music and sing in my local church choir.

what was the last show you saw in the theatre?
 
It was Howard Brenton's Anne Boleyn. Long and dull but great costumes!
