Today I regressed to the age 9 years and I could easily wet my diapers and I was chewing my teether whilst playing the sims 2 for hours. It was bliss and I never felt so relaxed in my life with no worries. It was a great way to spend my Saturday and I plan on doing this tommorow.
Sims 2 is can a regression tool as I played it all the time when I was 9 and doing the things I used to do on it especially put me back in time where things weren't a worry.
I find that I can't force regression onto myself like Sisi said in a earlier thread, it has to come to me as I have got to have a desire for it.
