Most of these I bought from Amazon, they had the baby nipples on them but I switched them out for nuk 5's. I have a thing for Tigger/Pooh

I just pulled the rings off with pliers, I put a towel over the plastic so the pliers wouldn't damage it. After that, took a screwdriver and popped the button off, and switched the nipples, some of them I had to glue back together.
