They fit now! It was a bit of 
a strange modification, not exactly the usual nuk5 on a mam paci. I basically had 2 of each pacifier in a pack, I cut off the teat off the one I didn't like or wasn't keen on and sewn it on the end of the one I wanted, it's very comfortable and it's big enough for my mouth now! It took forever because I had so many. I have a few comparisons. It feels natural for me and I don't feel like I have to clamp my jaw down to keep it in!the nuk used to be tiny and now it fits perfectly!

See what looks more natural and notice the shape my cheeks are doing, the irrcorrect size is the first one and the second is the correct sizing
