...that don't slide down when full? (altho I sit in a wheelchair, so nothing really slides).

You might want to add "without sliding down" to that request. Pullups are not known for their skills at defying gravity when heavily laden
 
I have tried the Kins pullups from Babykins and found they need very large roomy plastic pants to cover them. A onesie is also a must...darn gravity...
