lost my phone

so today I lost (someone stole) my phone when it happened I had a minor panic attack and urged all my photos have gone my insta has gone which was my main outpost for my abdl side. also my tumblr and facebook all gone my phone was my life I cant remember any of my passwords
I have reported it to the police
its upsetting knowing every thing is gone
