There's a retailer for fetish stuff called EIS.de in Germany (known by a lot of people for it's pretty colourful commercial) and for a while now they offer some (exclusive?) adult diapers. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about them, so maybe someone else from a German-speaking country who ordered them before can clarify.

In every video she basically says that they are very absorbent, that every package contains 10 diapers each and what you can use them for (which should be obvious XD).
