Diapers for Cabin Crew

Just wondering what are peoples views on the Chinese Aviation Authority recommending all flight crew use disposable diapers? I can imagine most may find it difficult but there may be a few who don’t mind. Anyone have a real experience of this or seeing this?

There’s been a couple of threads on this, no idea as to whether it’s taken off in practice though.

It sounds like they're recognizing using a toilet in a shoebox may not be very sanitary, and a cabin worker that goes from one packed tube to another day after day makes a really good infection spreader.
