Anyone ever made/thought of making an adult diaper cake?

Do you mean a cake shape like an adult diaper or adult diapers shaped like a cake?

Never made one - received one once though - LONG gone - that was a few years back!
Actually, that was my mom, and sisters, being creative about a B-day gift...
Hate to think how long it took to put tat together though...
