Diapered side sleepers đź’¤

I've been using a knee pillow lately and it has really helped with my lower back and hip pain.

I do that also. I've got a memory foam pillow for when I need to lay on my side, and it does a good job of keeping my legs apart enough to not crush the boys unless I've got on a diaper that's high sap and has gotten quite wet and swollen. (thicker diapers like safari are even usually ok when wet, whereas very high swell diapers like crinklz can start to be a problem because of how much they swell)

(I place the pillow between my knees)

I've followed you advices and took a pillow to put my top leg on and it works well ^^ just have to get used to it, but pretty much easier than changing your sleeping position habits

I am a side sleeper and I use Crinklz and very rarely leak. I have never found the bulk between my legs to be a problem when I side sleep. I actually prefer that bulk.

I too like to sleep on my side. And yes my urine tends to leak out of my diaper. But that's OK, plastic sheets under the linens...
