I wear cuddlz in public and I agree with Russell that it is unlikely anyone will notice or realise you are padded! Will you need to change when out?

Same here on car journeys and also if staying away from home - didn't want me to wet the bed.

I would go with cloth too - seems to work better for me overnight, or sometimes a prefold cloth over a disp.
