I would never use a AB store. I would not want to advertise the fact that I use such products. Meeting someone familiar is for me to be avoided. On line purchasing ably satisfies my needs.

My wife accepts that I wear for convenience ( not having to get up during the night) and for comfort ( stress relief). Often encourages me to wear. I only wear in bed though may sometimes wear for a while in the morning before a shower.

It started for me when my mother put nappies and baby pants on me at the age of 13. I had had wet sheets every night up to then. Hated it at the time…. But little did I know !

No, but I’ve used superglue to repair splits at seams, lasts for ages.

Tried them for 2 weeks, leaked at the legs, too stiff to get a good fit I think.

I like them tight. It’s kind of like an award and I know that I am wearing a nappy. The marks usually disappear by mid morning when worn at night. Tighter and thus less likely to leak as well.

I tried boosters in pull ups a few years ago. I could never judge when they were going to leak. But leak they would.

I never wear a nappy without plastic pants. Holds in minor leaks and makes me feel like a proper baby.
