Walmart has cheap Samsung at&t prepaid phones, i got one a year ago and no problems with data, i didn't use the wifi though cause it's unlimited data. though i wasn't able to call Canada number. it's Walmart brand Samsung i think thats why they cheap.

don't dry on high heat, it could melt the fur. I had a few bears end up with matted and brittle fur. I'm guessing hand wash, then dry on lowest setting with a few dry bath towels to absorb the water quicker.
