  • Hello Scaifester, I'm no longer incontinent after recovery from kidney stone surgery, so wetting is always elective for me. I spend a lot of time at home so changing is not a problem then. When out and about I will use a toilet if I need to go. At night I'll use the toilet if I think I'm close to leaking. I guess this may not be helpful to you, but if I were incontinent and needed to change away from home, I'd be using pull-ups and disposing of the wet ones in tied-off plastic bags, carrying them in a back pack until I could dispose of them privately, say in a public waste bin. It would be a bother, and I feel more secure in cloth, but that would be the best idea I can come up with at the moment. It's nice to hear from you. Let me know if you find another solution.
    Hi Fiddlemiller,
Its great to see a fellow cloth diaper wearer. I can comfortably wear at night. The transition to cloth diapers during the day interests me. However, the inconvenience of changing a wet cloth diaper out of the house is daunting. What is your routine?

thanks in advance for your advice
