Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and being an "Adult Baby"...#568

by caitianx on 23 Hours Ago at 01:51
At this time of year I am not spared from experiencing Holiday SEason Depression.
While she was alive, I was always on her "Manure List".
A decade after her passing, I still feel like I am on the Manure List.
I never measured up to her expectations.
She never had anything nice to say to me, even after I became an adult.
Everything I ever did she found fault with.
I could never once do anything right for her.
I apologize.
Just a day of sinking

Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and being an "Adult Baby"...#567

Today my younger brother took me to see the new Steampunk Post-Apocalyptic Science Fiction film, "Mortal Engines" at the cineplex here in Derry, NH.
Yes, I really loved it.
A lot of us Autistics are into Science Fiction and Fantasy.
Afterwards, my little brother took me to the Walmart for more groceries.
Oh!
I did purchase a 42" high blow-up lighted Christmas Animal Critter, a Skunk to put out onto my front deck next to the front door.

He took a look at my guitar, which has a broken B-String Tuning Peg mechanism.
My brother will take my guitar over to the musical instrument store in the

Today my younger brother took me out grocery shopping.
I only purchased a few groceries to tie me over until Wednesday.
My SSDI Direct Deposit clears then, and I will be able to perform a large grocery shopping trip, along with a trip to the rite Aid Pharmacy for medications and incontinence supplies.
In the early evening I video chatted with my long-distance "girlfriend" in Wales who lives in a group care home.
Although I lean Gay as an Autistic with Cerebral Palsy,

Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and being an "Adult Baby"...#564

I still love Christmastime.
But as I mentioned yesterday, my Mom while alive was a "Party Pooper" about it for decades, due to her mental-illness issues, and being ostracized by her own family.
My brother and I, along with our late Dad were also ostracized by Mom's family, via guilt by association.
I enjoy the Christmas Lights, and the Music.
As for gifts, my brother and I do not need much.
We two have enough in life.
At my age of 60, I ditched the commercialization
