Staff roles

This is a summary of current members of the ADISC staff. Each member is listed, along with their role.
Admins
- RJ
- manages ADISC technical backend (design/setup of: domains, DNS, server, webserver, database, email, backups, etc)
- manages external relations (link management, legal/abuse, partnerships, advertising, dealing with other webmasters, etc)
- Moo
- manages ADISC technical frontend (design/setup of forums, gallery, wiki, chat, etc)
- manages ADISC growth/success strategy (goal identification, progress monitoring, etc)
- creates staff team direction (decides which areas we need / don't need staff, hires/fires staff as needed)
- Peachy - reports to Moo
- staff team leadership (ensures jr/sr staff are organized, advises Moo on how to best handle the staff team, informs moo about the effectiveness of existing jr/sr staff, reports potential new staff)
- bugs/suggestions management (tracks user suggestions/bug reports, sending weekly summaries to Moo for consideration)
- user account management (handling requests to change to user account info, e.g: username, activation status, birthdate, 'identity verified', etc, plus identifying account problems requiring Moo's help)
- ADISC - managed by Moo

- used to automate common admin tasks
Senior Staff

- background checks on new users
- banning users deemed unwelcome due to background checks (those that lie about their age, are members of pedo sites, etc)
- moderating the forums
- detecting raids / other large-scale security threats, and reporting them to the admin team
