The page contains a list of general terms used to describe one's self in infantilism, it is not yet complete.

*B

The * represents either A or T. AB stands for "Adult Baby", and TB stands for "Teen Baby". A(n) *B is someone who engages in infantilistic play, who acts or wants to act as a baby or toddler. This might involve wearing diapers, sucking on a pacifier, playing with plushies etc. A(n) *B who is under 13 is known as PTB, a pre-teen baby.

DL

DL stands for "Diaper Lover". This is someone with a diaper fetish, someone who is sexually attracted to diapers.

Kidult

Similar to a *B, but where the focus is on acting like a kid, rather than a baby or toddler. Diapers may play a smaller part (if any part) in kidult play. Generally activities are more involved, such as playing on a playground.

Babyfur

This is where infantilism is integrated with being a furry.

Sissies and LGs

These describe people who mix infantilism with cross-dressing. A sissy is generally someone who enjoys the masochistic demasculinization of being forced to dress as a baby girl. LG stands for "Little Girl". The difference between the two is that sissies imagine themselves as themselves dressed as a baby girl, a LG imagines themselves as a baby girl.
