Getting caught

From ADISC Answers Wiki

(Redirected from Getting Caught)

If you suspect that you have been caught doing infantilism-related tasks, try your utmost best not to panic. What you need to consider is:

How were you caught? - Can you make up a plausible excuse or are the diapers obviously yours? (Hidden in a bag of yours, or in a locked box of yours, for example)

Why were you caught? - Were you caught because of a bad smell? A parent cleaning your room? Someone outright seeing you?

What type of person are you dealing with? - Most of us know how our parents and friends will react to finding something 'unusual' to them, would telling them there and then be appropriate or is it time to make up an elaborate lie?

When you have considered these facts (And hopefully you've done this fast!), you now need to decide what you are going to say, remember your choices and options are wide. Lying may not help all the time, making the situation worse, resulting in further trouble and embarrassment for yourself, thus making the problem worse, not better. Whatever you say must be plausible and absolutely be easily backed up. All statements must never be contradicted or proven false. The best lies include some truth. However, honesty is the best plan. Leaving out details is much better than fabricating false ones.

If you were not caught wearing/using a childish article, you're probably going to be believed if you make up some sort of intricate lie - Remember, most parents like to think of their children as completely 'normal', despite anything they know of. If the item is found in a place that you put it that it can ONLY belong to you and an excuse is not available, remember to keep your cool, this is going to be a hard moment for you, you're going to need to decide if you lie or tell the truth. Telling the truth, depending on the person in question, could result in numerous things, which, being a *B/DL, I'm sure you're aware of. Lying, on the other hand, could dig your grave even deeper - Make sure to cater your excuse/lie/truth to the person who found you out - Be ready, try and have a backup plan for every sentence that could be thrown at you (And it's quite possible there may be many)

If you are caught wearing/using a baby article, it's rather easy to say it was a dare from a friend, but remember that that excuse will only work once (or twice, if you're really lucky) per person/family (Hey, family talk, unfortunately!). This excuse will fail if your parents want to speak with the one making the dare. Other options include a plausible medical reason. Diapers can easily be explained with a temporary problem that you did not want to discuss previously. Just be ready to hide your stuff better a second time round should the problem arise of being caught.
